These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.tomilolabeauty.com, including my digital guides, tutorials, ebooks, workbooks, videos and other downloadable or digital products.
By purchasing a product from my website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. My digital products
I provide digital products electronically. No physical product will be posted or shipped unless I specifically state otherwise.
My digital products may include:
Downloadable guides and ebooks
Makeup tutorials
Beauty and educational resources
Workbooks and PDFs
Video tutorials
Other digital content I make available through my website
I will provide details of what is included with each product on its individual product page.
2. Purchasing a digital product
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the digital product you have selected.
Your order will be confirmed once your payment has been successfully received and I have accepted your order.
Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as I may use this email address to send your purchase and download information.
3. Digital downloads
After you have completed your purchase, I will provide access to your digital product using the download or access method described at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and having a suitable device and internet connection to access your purchase.
If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me at tomilolabeauty.bookings@gmail.com and I will do my best to help.
4. Immediate access to digital content
Where I make a digital product available for immediate download or access, I will ask you to confirm that you would like to receive the digital content immediately.
You will also be asked to acknowledge that, once the digital download or access begins, you may lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
5. Refunds and faulty digital products
Because my products are digital, once immediate access or downloading has begun, you may no longer have the standard 14-day cancellation right where you have provided the required consent and acknowledgement.
However, this does not remove your legal rights.
If a digital product is faulty, does not match its description, or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or another remedy, depending on the circumstances.

6. Personal use
When you purchase one of my digital products, I give you permission to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use unless I have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
You must not:
Copy or reproduce my content for distribution
Share your download with other people
Upload my content to another website or platform
Sell, resell or redistribute my content
Give away copies of my products
Use my content to create or sell your own competing product
Purchasing one of my digital products does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
All content I provide through my website, including written material, photographs, graphics, videos, tutorials, designs, logos and digital products, belongs to me or is used with appropriate permission.
All rights are reserved unless I state otherwise.

I cannot guarantee that a particular makeup shade, colour or technique will produce the same result for everyone. Results can vary depending on factors including skin tone, undertone, skin type, lighting, products used and individual preferences.

I aim to make my product descriptions, images and information as accurate as reasonably possible.
However, colours shown on screens can vary depending on the device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Because of this, I cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will appear exactly the same in person.
10. Prices and payment
I will display the current price of each product on my website at the time you purchase it.
I may change my prices for future purchases, but a price change will not affect an order that I have already accepted and you have already paid for.
Payment must be successfully completed before I provide access to your digital product, unless I have stated otherwise.
11. Website availability
I aim to keep my website and digital products available and functioning correctly. However, I cannot guarantee that my website will always be available or free from technical interruptions.
If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to help.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or responsibility that I cannot legally exclude or limit under applicable law.
I am not responsible for losses that arise solely from your failure to follow reasonable instructions provided with a product or from problems with your own device, internet connection or software.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

The version that applies to your purchase will be the version available at the time you place your order.
